I picked up a nordace bag because my old backpack was basically a black hole, i had a gut feeling this one would be a better fit. So far, I was right. The pockets actually make sense, which sounds simple, but it makes a big difference. My laptop has its own place, my chargers aren’t tangled up with my keys, and the smaller front pockets are perfect for the random stuff I reach for all the time. I’ve been using it for work and quick trips, and it just makes things easier. I’m not digging around nearly as much anymore. Happy with it.

The bag itself is fine, nothing amazing but it does the job. What annoyed me was the customer support. They took days to get back to me, and when they finally did, the answer was so basic it barely helped. I had already explained what I needed, so having to repeat myself just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but I expected better service.

I requested a refund and it didn’t take long at all, which was a nice surprise. I was kind of expecting to wait around for days, because that’s usually how these things go, but it was handled quickly. No complaints from me

I’ve had a good experience with it overall, but I wouldn’t count on it in a serious downpour. It handles light rain fine, maybe even a steady drizzle, but once the rain really starts coming down it just doesn’t hold up as well as I hoped. Weirdly, I remember the first time I used it, there was a tiny leaf stuck to the side the whole time and I kept noticing it more than the rain. So yeah, good for casual use, just not something I’d trust for heavy rain.

The zippers feel sturdy too and haven’t gotten stuck once. I’ve been using it every day for work, and it still looks pretty much brand new. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality.
